I promise you, BRIDE to be your faithful and loving husband; To share every moment in good times and the not so good times. To bring you happiness and laughter, comfort and warmth and flowers for no good reason at all. From the moment I first saw you until death part us, I will love you always. Today I pledge you my love and faithfulness before our families and friends. Since our first embrace my heart has been in a sea of joy. For as long as I shall live, I promise to bring you joy, compassion and honesty with every heartbeat, through the good times and the bad. From this day forward, I give you my love and take you, GROOM to be my husband. BRIDE, I stand here before you in search of a lifelong commitment. You are my best friend, my soul mate, my oak, and soon to be my wife. Since we have been together, you have made me feel more complete, more alive, and have shown me the true meaning of happiness. BRIDE, I once read that "The grand essentials of happiness are... "Something to do, something to hope for, and something to love." Something to do… All I want to do is to cherish you and protect you, I want just to live the rest of my life with you by my side. Something to hope for… All I hope for is for us to share this journey with the people we love, see them next to us every step of the way. Something to love… All I want to love is this woman standing in front of me, because she deserves it, she earned it, and all my love is her’s to keep. Happiness has ruled our lives since the day we first met. Happiness is here today, in the air, in my soul, in my eyes. I promise you this, because this is all I have. BRIDE, our love started so long ago and has become the strongest feeling that I’ve ever felt. You are so much of me and know me like no other… as a best friend and my love forever. There could be no one but you who could make me feel so special and loved and appreciated every day of my life. You give me so much and it’s all the things that you do especially for me, large and small, that make me love everything about you. I feel so close in every way to you, my love, and I pledge my love to you with all of my heart open and arms wrapped tight around you! I will take care of you and honor our love every day of our lives together. GROOM, when we met almost 10 years ago, I knew there was something there that I couldn’t possibly let go of. It took us awhile but look at where we are now, where we have come from and all of the exciting times that lay ahead. You have taught me to be a more kind, compassionate and understanding person but most of all you have taught me to be a good friend. I have experienced so many new things with your that I would have never ventured out on my own to do... I love that about you. You help me to conquer my fears and to grow, and all along the way you are able to find humor in the situation to ease my mind and comfort me. So lovey, I promise to cherish, honor and respect you all the days of my life… especially when you say we can have pizza or mac & cheese for dinner. I promise to find your boxers and socks each morning so you don’t get frustrated before work, But most importantly, I promise to love you, laugh with you and grow with you each and very day for the rest of our lives.
